Acceptable use

• Use Imperagent only for relevant business-to-business outreach that complies with the laws that apply to you and your recipients (including UK GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM).
• No purchased lists you have no right to use, no misleading sender identities or subject lines, no sending to people who have opted out.
• Send only from domains and mailboxes you control. We may pause sending that risks harm to recipients or to mail providers.

Your content and data

You own your content and prospect data. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the messages you send.

Founding member pricing

Founding member prices are fixed for as long as your subscription remains active. Pre-orders are not charged before you have access; if we cannot provide access by the date we tell you, you may cancel for a full refund.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
